Believe it or not the Milani, drugstore brand, brow fix brow kit in blonde, is quite good! I have also tried a bunch of different ones but I generally prefer the powders. I recently received a sample of benefits gimme brow in the light shade and it's pretty terrific! I haven't tried the clinique or the Laura Geller but I do have the Anastasia gel which I finish off with. I have eyebrows but they're very blonde and are getting worse as I age

I started taking Biotin tablets for hair growth and I am seeing a difference.  I got them at Costco as they are the least expensive there.  Tried this as my mother was having significant hair loss from serveral sugeries and stress.  Her Dermatologist recommended 3 Biotoin a day and her hair is coming in so nicely.  I just take one a day.  I've noticed a difference in my hair, eyebrows, eyelashes.  They seem to grow quicker for me.  You might want to give it a try.

Sorry, I didn't read your entire post before responding ago I though you were looking for recommendations. Obviously I also like ABH but I have not tried the dip brow. Though i kind of want to and figured I'd get that next time.

@Beeweaver  Thanks for the Senna info.  Trying  to decide on a color.  Do the colors wear the same on as they are in the palette, or have you found they are lighter or darker?  TIA!

I am a dark brown brunette.  I have used the Neutral palatte.  If you are blonde, I would use the Ash. Great thing is the 3 colors.  Rule of thumb is to go lighter with brow products.  A makeup artist told me that.  I would have gone with the darkest palette if I hadn't know that.  Glad I went with the neutral.  Just last week, I misplaced this kit and was searching everywhere.  I left it zipped inside my brow trimming kit.  Nothing like pulling apart your bedroom and bathroom 3 times before you find it!

Thanks @Beeweaver for providing the info on Biotin at Costco. I am planning on picking them up today (they are a couple of dollars cheaper in store than online (with their "free" shipping).  They are discounted for the next several days and the price is definitely right!  The reviews are excellent - and being 5,000 mcg each tablet, seems like I will "have" to give them a try.  I'm planning on starting with one tablet a day and assess in a month or two...appreciate you mentioning you've seen some results with that product.  Hope I see some results for hair and/or nails!!.Woman Happy

My hair has always grown quickly, however, it seems even quicker with this based on my outgrowtth and I feel like I need a touchup in 2 weeks rather than 4.  I do use the Joan Rivers hair powder so I can still go 4 weeks before a touchup.  I haven't really noticed anything with the nails, but I do have acrylics.  I like the strawberry flavor of the tablets as well.  The other thing that the dermatologist recommended for my mom is Viviscal which you can purchase at Ulta.  It's about $50 a month though.  They sell capsules and a powder for your scalp.

Re: Brows, brows, and more brows!

I bought Mally's Eye kit that comes in a green leather like container with three pieces. For a while, I ignored it b/c there are three steps. But after using it a while, it is one of the best brow kits and makes the prettiest brow.

Mally said she had made it especially for a good friend of hers who had allopecia(?). You get a brow pencil, mine is in taupe, which you use first. You get a brow powder w/brush which goes on next. Then to finish, you have a white powder that goes on top and has no color but makes it stay all day.

This really makes a lovely brow that looks as natural as anything I've ever used.
