Tarte eyebrow waterproof gel is really nice. It's buildable and absolutely natural. For light blonde I use the grey because it's the exact match of my darker blonde hair. Strange but the grey works because it's light without any brown color which looks so fake.

My eyebrows have always been black but not my hair. Should I go with black/dark brown or match my hair color?

An "espresso" or "black-brown", without any reddish tones.

That's what's recommended by beauty experts.

Also check out "soft black" or "black"; they're often actually a "black-brown".

I'm sick and tired of trying everything under the sun to fill in my almost gone daily diminishing eyebrows yet at the same time my moustache and chin hairs seem to be on steroids.

Really like Isaac M. True Brow. Am blonde with dark brows and this lightens or should I say softens the look of my brows without that awful pinky color that some taupes have. I use the light in his line.

ELF, it is cheap and just as good as the high end ones I have tried.

I don't think there is a special need for an eyebrow product though and often used an eyeshadow (with brush) close to my brow color. ELF has one for really cheap that is the only reason I am using that.
