One of my favorite topics...bronzers.  Sweet Ms Julia Adams narrows down her favorite bronzers on YT.  I couldn't believe it but I don't have her #1.  I thought her #2 was going to be her #1.  I'm not buying her #1 (g)

I've rarely ever seen someone in person wearing bronzer that it didn't scream FAKE. it often does on TV as well. I am fair skinned and would never use it.

Personally,  I don't like bronzers, I never wear them...im porcelain,  and I think bronzers look hard on most, other than teens, or 20's.   Fake looking IMO.

I love them. I feel they give my face warmth and dimension, instead of just sickly, pasty-fair.

Perhaps some of you aren't applying it correctly. I'm sure my fake eyelashes and my pink glossy lips don't look real either so...

If I wanted to look like I didn't have any makeup on, I wouldn't put any makeup on.

I like a bronzer instead of blush. Physicians Formula  MuruMuru butter bronzer is very good; it's the only kind I've used. Maybe someday I'll combine it with my Iconic London highlighter for a different look.

I have a bronzer from Bobbie Brown called Antigua. It’s actually more pink and I love it. It’s one of the few things I’ve bought over and over. Trick is to use a light hand.

I've been using a bronzer as my contour even though "they" say you shouldn't.  I think it looks fine. I also use it on the bridge of my nose to make it less noticeable as well as a little on my forehead around where my part is and along my jawline I use a very light hand there.  However, I found it broken in pieces recently.

I have since bought the Westman Atelier contour stick in biscuit to use for contour, so the question becomes what I will us for bronzer in those other areas.  Will a light hand of the contour stick work, should I just use the broken pieces of bronzer, or should I find a new bronzer?  I'm in no rush, so it'll either be one of the two former options for now.

@ellaphant   On my very fair skin, there are few bronzers that look natural on me, too. Bronzers should be the shade you'd be when you're tan. Well, I've never tanned, but rather burned.

I like Bobbi Brown Antiqua...a pinkish shade and I dip my brush in that or any of my blushes and Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar Bronze And Glow (compact has a light brown bronzer and an ivory lightly shimmered highlight). I've repurchased twice and although $$$, each one has lasted over 18 months. The CT bronzer/highlight is also great as eye shadows.
