Also I just got the Kajal Vasanti Electric Navy Eyeliner it is amazing - really stays put - great color there is a smudger on one end and a sharpener that is part of the cap on the other. Here is the link - its pretty awesome.

NYX Slide On Pencil Eyeliner in Azure or Sunrise Blue. These are comparable to Urban Decay 24/7 eyeliners for a fraction of the cost. Love these! I get them at CVS.

Blue liner is my favorite. A makeup artist suggested it to me for in front of the camera use on my brown eyes/caramel skintone back in the 1970s. Smashbox Always Sharp 3d Neptune is my current fave. I also keep Laura Geller's Blue Voodoo Eye Rimz in stock in my makeup case.

The Neptune is a deep blue with only the slightest sheen. I promise it's barely detectable unless you've applied far too much product. Blue Voodoo is one of Laura's baked blends which contains blue tones ranging from a deep midnight navy (almost black) to a bright cobalt.
