@lovesallanimals - I'm so glad you got the pump to open.  I was sure that was the issue.  And I'm even more happy to hear that you love the Honey & Orange scent because that's what I've ordered!

 

I have it in a handcream and love it, so I thought the shampoo would be just as nice.

Glad I came back here to read the replies.  I was ready to pull my hair out in not getting mine to open.  But yes, all I had to do was press the top down with my hand and turn it to the left and it immediately popped open.  Who knew?  lol
