A lot of different replies. I ordered someting for my wife during this show.
I got the item, but not the free merch.
I have feeling that there are a lot of people that will not get the products.
Alberty should have not kept hawking the value of the bags, especially if they knew they would sell out, like every year this program has been offered. This makes no good business sense and erodes customer loyalty.

This problem happened to me last year when I bought during the show.
However, after so many complaints were made (similar to now), I eventually received the gift....it was not so great IMHO. Had to toss a couple of the items. Wen being one of them, it had the most awful smell. ![]()
I hope everyone eventually receives what was promised.

I rec'd the item I purchased but no gift with purchase. Not showing on my order history. I purchased BEFORE the show. Same thing happened to me last year. I complained and did get the gifts after complaining. I will wait a few days and then contact Customer Service. Shouldn't be this hard.

@Veege I, too, just received my order and noticed no freebies. Just called Customer Service and was told this:
They will be sent out -- shipping to be within 7-10 days.
I explained that I participate in may of The Q's Forums and see that many others just like me are wondering where their gifts are. I guess we need to be patient a little bit longer, but we need to stay on top of this just in case.

Just spoke with Customer Service. I was told ALL GIFT BAGS WILL BE SENT OUT WITHIN 7-10 DAYS.
