@Shanus You mentioned the EYE BASICS...I see that product is a cream style...is there something similar in a powder? I think if I put that on my eyelids the look would not be smooth. Possibly a fine milled powder would work best for me, any recommendations? I never use eye shadow, and as mentioned before my skin is really dry - I believe due to using Accutane in my teens for acne.
