I decided that today was the day to rid myself of old beauty products. I think that they build up because they are so expensive, that even though they are mistakes or are just too old I hang on to them . First the mascaras that are too old, unfortunate lip and eyeshadow colors, and foundation that seemed right, but was not. It was an impressive pile, and it felt good to let it go. Now it's time to get after the nail polish stash, 🙀

@QVCkitty1   Great job!  Before I was ALWAYS buying too much, kits that I used one or two items.  I really backed off during Covid, AND wearing less make up with so many work from home days.  My stash was extensive.  I still have too many shower gels and lotions, but I’ll now buy one mascara ahead.  One blush ahead.  I tossed old lip products and only have maybe 6 in rotation.  My downfall are eyeliners, but slowly finding my favorites.

Alot of us add to the “what did you use up this week” on Fridays.  It’s really helped me to buy less and control the over buying.

If if I find something that doesn’t work for me I try to share in my family.  Stopped so many auto deliveries too.  I never use them up in the AD schedule.

I’m sure it feels really great to get rid of some of it.
