I love bangs.  I grow them out but always go back to them.  I think most people look good with bangs if they are the right length.  My hair is usually in a layered bob.  The length of my hair varies but it's usually to the collar bone or shoulder length.

I am not a fan of bangs as I have a small face and they can be overwhelming on me. I wear my hair a lot like this photo. I like the fullness and the style works for me. Kind of a compromise between short and long hair.

Wow.  Right now I'm overdue for a cut, but our state's on lockdown again.  My hair looks very similar to this but it looks so much better on her. Woman LOL

I have bangs and would not be without them!! Woman Happy  A few years ago I decided to let them grow out and hated the look so I had them cut back in at the hair salon!

Bangs are tough with curly or wavy hair. If your hair or skin tends to be oily, your bangs will need to be washed more often than the rest of your hair, that and deciding if you want frequent trims or will be doing it yourself.

@Shanus, I have very, very curly hair, and bangs look ridiculous on me. So I also have the sides a bit sorter than than the rest of my hair. I call them "bangs." Smiley Happy

I had layered bangs for many years.I finally let them completely grow out. Now I have one-length hair (fine and thinner than it used to be, but ok)---and I am tempted to get bangs again. I have a hair appointment next Saturday and I think I am just going to for a shorter bob. Now, it is collar bone length and I may go just below chin length. Do you like bangs? If you have a bob, what length works for you?

Is there a way you can post a picture so we can give you ideas or opinions?

@suzyQ3  Gotcha. Mine would never have been called bangs...just a row of short curls across my forehead. Even even if stretched out, they were cut down to my nose.

Younger women tend to not have bangs but a lot of them should. Start to notice the bangless’ foreheads. Some women have very long foreheads and look funny. They need bangs.

@Goldengate8361   Absolutely love bangs.  I let my bangs grow out years ago and it was short lived.  I wen back to bangs which make any woman look younger.

I like bangs, had that style for many years, but grew them out several years ago. My layered bob is below chin length.

I pin my hair back, both sides, because I think I look better in off-the-face style.

But every now and then I toy with doing bangs because I do look good in those older pictures!
