What is your take on shimmer eyeliners? I have one from Pixie a Bronze shimmer love the eyeliner but am wondering what is your take on shimmer eyeliners on the lower lash line. I am one of those that will always line my bottom eyelash, I feel naked without it and don't like the look. Thanks
