I saw that also.  Seems like these vendors hop and skip back an forth.  I wish they would leave those poor goats on the farm where they belong.

@EquuleusI think they use local goats for the shows, so the goats don't have to travel far.

My concern is no so much the travel ... just don't feel like it shows much respect for the animals.  It must frighten them being on a set with all the sound and lights.
