Anyone use this brush?

Precision Flat Head Eyeliner Brush

Curious if it is a good brush for helping to get eyeliner close to lash line. I like a medium size line line for my liner but have a hard time getting the liner close to my lash line to start before thickening the widh of my liner on my lid.

Also it is made of Taklon and curious if this is a good bristle material for picking up minerals...as I have always used a natural bristle brush with my BE products. I know Taklon brushes are a preferred material for cream concealers...I don't use bisque as I prefer other type of concealers.

Any opinion will be welcomed esp if you use this brush for liner or even application of minerals on lid as the BE site also mentions this as another use for it.
