No, it is "technically" cruelty free, even has the PETA cruelty free symbol on it. There are many brands who claim "cruelty free" even though their parent company tests. It is sort of a loophole in the whole labeling process, imo.

Ladies, please check your products with Leaping Bunny..their certification is much more accurate than PETA...here is the difference:

"the Leaping Bunny Program is a certification program that expects companies to prove that they and their suppliers do not conduct animal testing while PETA only requires companies to declare this. Leaping Bunny’s certification is the only internationally recognized certification of its kind."
