Had a nice day yesterday with DD and sister and brother-in-law.

Today I brought up the tree from the garage, set it up, put the Christmas tree skirt underneath, and turned on the lights.  Willow gave me the  "What The Heck" look and ran into the kitchen and hid. She finally came out and was sniffing all around the tree and walking underneath it.  Anything round that rolls is, to Willow, a toy for her so I am waiting to see if I add ornaments or not.  May just have a tree with lights this year.  LOL  I got the cutest picture of Willow sniffing the tree.   Hung up our stockings, put a couple decorations on the mantle and hung a decoration on the insdie of the front door where I can see it.  Think this may be all I do this year unless I get insprired to bring more stuff up from the garage.

House and front porch are now completely decorated for Christmas. Tomorrow we're setting up our new bedroom TV. I'll deep clean our bedroom while DH wraps my gifts.

Good Evening,

I spent the morning putting away Fall decorations. I'll start Christmas decorating over the weekend. Not planning on doing too much, but that's what I always say, so we'll see once I get going.

My afternoon today was spent watching Gone With The Wind on TCM while DH watched a game.  I've seen it so many times, but  I never tire of it. One of my absolute favorites.
We had lots of left overs from yesterday that we heated up and had for dinner. Everything turned out really good.

Good late evening. Had a busy day -- food shopping, buying family Christmas cards & the stamps. I decided to go out to eat tonight.

I may change out table linens this weekend to my holiday ones. 

I started some Christmas shopping, all online.

hi all. I'm sitting here on a bright & sunny, very cool Saturday watching a little football. watching football is actually a disguise for resting. not sure why, but I've just felt super tired lately.

yesterday went well for DD's infusion. it's tiring for her, having to basically just sit for 8 hours, but now that it's over she should start feeling much better within a day or two. the soup and cornbread was really good and I sent her home with a large pot.

our Thanksgiving meal was a whole 'nother situation. note to self: no matter what, no more ordering frozen holiday meals. the only thing that was actually good was the sweet potato casserole. everything else was not good at all. as DD said, "it's not like yours Momma". I didn't even like the turkey, even though technically it was fine, I just didn't care for the smokey taste. oh well, another lesson learned. I cancelled the auto-delivery. DD and DSIL assured me that next year our meal will be a shared effort so all the preparation won't fall to me.

I took down the fall wreath on the front door and put up the Christmas wreath. I put one on the door entering from the garage too. DD & DSIL  are coming over tomorrow to help me get the tree put up.

@MariotaMurielle - Oh boy not sure how to do that  Took it with my phone so not sure how to get it from my phone to my puter to the forum.  Let me think about it and see if I can figure it out.

@JudyL  You can if you have an iPhone go on this forum to the landscape mountain square on the posts. A menu pops up that says add image. Go to 'Choose File' & Photo Library will appear, tap on that & choose the photo you want to upload to your post.
