10grands, oh so happy things are starting to look up for the repairs you need.

Of course the part you needed is no longer available..that's the way they plan these things, is my opinion. Guess they got the buzzing to stop.

Glad your on par with the neighbors as far as repairs go. Having the new roof on is huge in case of rain.

It's sunny here too, about 90...hardly winter. But it gets cool earlier especially since the time change. Makes it seem like the middle of the night at dinner time.
