Thank you. That was my long time Right Hand, Toby. He died just a few feet from me back in December of 2021.

He was my cat and I loved every minute of it. He showed up at our door in the winter of 2004, he was a small kitten. Took him awhile to trust me enough to let me touch him. When I could I finally held him and brought him in to join our many others. He fit in easily with all of them.

Had him cremated and he is close to me at all times when I am home and settled in.  Really miss that guy. ❤

I changed my emoji. That is a picture of 1 of our Calico felines, Patches. She was born in my sisters barn. She lived to be almost 20. But!!

We now have a kitten, Daisy, that looks almost exactly like her. At times I think she is Patches, reincarnated. She talks as much and does so many things pretty much the same. Truly startling to us.

I don't pay any attention to these types of products.  I ask my Dr to check my vitamin and mineral levels yearly and use a supplement when advised to.

No OTC or prescription product would've kept my mother from her dementia diagnosis, as she has vascular dementia, brought on by mini strokes due to a lifetime of smoking.

If you listen to their extensive ads they never promise anything or cite research studies.  Saw it on the pharmacy aisle at WM and a 30 day supply is $60 ( $2 a pill!!!).

Just read, do puzzels, sudoku, walk, keep up with your finances, electronics, learn something new, eat properly, have your glass of wine. It helps a lot.

All these brain vitamins on TV and other places are overpricer and there is not proof they work.

@Josefina    It's amazing how many people fall for the hype about Prevagen.   Same thing for the non stop commercials for Balance of Nature.

I have no cognitive issues yet, but I spoke to my neurologist about it recently and he said I'm better off doing puzzles, reading and keeping my mind engaged. He doesn't see any value in supplements like Prevogen.  However, I don't see harm in it if someone thinks it works for them.
