Maybe post in Wellness?

Would help to know the issues you are experiencing like brain fog, etc?

@mollymaggie .  Vitamin D3 is known to help with brain fog, immune issues, lots of stuff.  Good to look up that one online for more info; low Vitamin D levels can cause issues, good to work with your doc as I did to maintain optimum levels.

Lots of good studies on phosphytidylserine.

That, and the EFAs - anything in a gel cap, really.... DHA, gingko biloba...

I was wondering about Prevagen, they advertise this alot.  It is available  over-the-counter and is supposed to help the brain.

Does it work or is it just another snake-oil?

@mollymaggie

From my regular blood panel workups, they show no "brain" vitamin deficiency. Haven't felt the need to spend money on this.

John, a fair number of us wimmins experience brain fog, memory issues and confusion with the onset of menopause.

Totally hormone related and some supplements like vit B, vit D, Omega 3 and Ginko are known to help.
