That's so funny!  I remember being in 4th grade and the teacher was talking about the future and she was convinced that we would one day see telephones with the capability of showing a moving picture of the two people talking to each other..... the first thing I thought of was "Wow... I don't like the sound of that!" LOL.... and here we are and I don't like Face Time!!  LOL!

I'm so old that I remember getting up on Saturday mornings and watching the test pattern until Howdy Doody came on. We only had 2 TV stations at the time.

Count me in as old. We didn't even have a telephone for years. Then we had a "party line" and could talk only 40 minutes per month(that was all my mom could afford).

 

First TV screen was 2" and it was an RCA.

I love technology, but cell phones? I liked them when they were used only to talk. Now? There will be an overload of patients for Orthopedic Doctors because of "neck pains"!  Ever see many 24/7 users looking ahead?

@Q4u I remember seeing things on the Jetson cartoons when our sons were small!  Now we have microwaves.  No programable maids though!!!Smiley Sad
