@nana59  No....but I eat my dinner about 3pm...then bed by 5pm. Watch some TV and sleepy by 6:30- 7 pm. I really feel good during the day when up. Not tired.

@SeaMaiden   I have the same wacky schedule.  Can't believe you do too.  I begin my day in the middle of the night which is sometimes frustrating, although I do what I can - wash, cleaning, etc.  I have to wait for daylight to take my morning walk.

I have a crazy sleep pattern guess it comes from years of 11-7 shifts.

 

I am full of energy once he turns in @ 8.  Around 10 I get surge of energy, it's not uncommon for me to do housekeeping at 11.  

 

I go bed at 1:30-2am up by 6:30 almost everyday🤷‍♀️.  I am moving all day doing something...

 

naps - quick ones but never impacts sleeping at nite.

@cotton4me  Yes! I am so impatient for daylight in the winter months! At least in the spring and summer it gets light starting at about 4 AM. I like my morning walks too!
