I see someone who is getting older and putting on weight around the middle. Most of my life I couldn’t gain weight and ate anything anytime.  DH and I are working out more with the Pilates chair exercises and work out mat.

I have always looked exactly like my Mom so I see her in the mirror, but she did not live to be as old as I am now. I think I have really aged over the past year - I guess it's inevitable.
