@They CallMe MRWILKES   Agree.  Especially since I'll assume that the vast majority of QVC shoppers do not even know about these forums and it serves a relatively small number of customers.  Getting rid of them would appear to be a significant cost cutting option.

Exactly.  What difference does it make?  We can still communicate with each other.

I don't post much, but I check in every day with the forums. I've never had any issue with Community Chat, just reading posts or posting. I don't know why some, like me, don't have any problems, but others can't access it. CC comes right up for me. So odd. But I'm a science person, I'm really bad with tech stuff!

I check at least once daily and do not have any issues either!!
