You posted this thread on August 1, which was a Sunday. When did the shower take place? Maybe you didn’t give her enough time to even pay you back before you texted her about it. Also, this whole situation had you stressed out and nervous and worried. Plus it’ll probably cause even more family issues now. I don’t think $30 is worth all this, especially that it was charged on your credit card and didn’t leave you with less cash in your pocket at the moment. Too much fuss about nothing much, but that’s just my opinion. To each their own.
