Once again I am thankful that I've reached an age where something like a photo of a celebity does nothing for me. These days they all look alike!

@Perkup

So sorry to hear that, Perkup!  I may be old, but I'm still looking!!!!!

So what are you looking for?  I've had two wonderful husbands, both now deceased, and the world's best boyfriend in my younger years who died in an auto accident. I've been blessed beyond measure.  Clark Gable, Cary Grant, Kirk Douglas, Van Johnson, John Wayne, Gene Kelly, Barry Goldwater and so many other gorgeous guys aren't availabale any more. The young ones could be my children or grandchildren.  (And yes, I know Kirk is still living.)

I don't need more unrelated grands or more children to raise. So why should I look at the current crop, who really fall short of my ideals? I'm not blind, but I have to wonder,  what are you older ladies looking at (or for) anyway?

@Perkup

Sounds like you've been one lucky lady in the love department!  When I said "I'm looking,"  I meant just that "looking."  Show me a gorgeous man, and I'll look.  Sort of like window shopping without going into the store!!!!

Re: Too racy for Sunday Morn?

LOL - this thread reminds me of when I was a young woman, maybe a teenager even, and my Mom mentioned that she thought some famous person, I don't remember who, was handsome. I recall being totally surprised. I guess I just saw my Mom as my Mom only, in her Mom roll. And I can still hear her replying to me " I am old but I am not dead " Now it's me that is old and I;ve got to say that Johnny was a cute young man and he's still very handsome, to me. That being said, I wish he would stop with the black eyeliner. I don't mean the priate character - any photo of him he's got that black eyeliner and I think it looks silly.

I don't get the paper so I didn't see his picture.

Look at the eyes on that baby!   I want!  The baby.

I find him oddly sensual and don't mind looking at him.  That being said I doubt I'd cross the street to meet him.
