Sorry for one long post:

No morning antics here. We both slept in.

Bee, your group definitely believes in a minimal communication philosophy. 😜

Heat here still terrible and there is a bad fire in the San Bernardino mountains. My friend and former professor has evacuated. The irony is they put their place on the market 3 days ago. 😢 Thr fire is creating its own weather - pyrocumulus clouds with lightning strikes.

If we can survive until Wednesday, temps drop 30 degrees or more. 🤪 Have had some issues at the rentals with AC circuit breakers tripping it’s so hot.

I’m so glad I decided not to sell right now and deal with timing that on top of everything else.
