Suggestions Please

I got this set :

 

24-piece Shiny Bungee Bobbles by Valerie

 

 

and no idea what  to do with them!!! They are not as great as I thought they would be!!

 

 Do you have any ideas or do you use these? I might send them back  Smiley Sad

I see there's a video.   They remind me of the old hair bands that you just pull one ball over the other to hold them.

I think the common usage is to hang garland.  Valerie uses them to dress up a table - on the stems of glasses and to tie up cloth napkins.
