Is it my imagination or has McDonald's fish sandwich gotten smaller ?My downfall among others is fast food
I love to cook but figure what is the point cooking for 1
I'm horrible about eating leftovers days in a row

Cooking for yourself is a lot cheaper and healthier.  When I am cooking just for me I can put a protien and a veggie in my air fryer and have no leftovers.

I haven't gotten food from McDonalds since my kids were in elementary school.  They are both in their late thirties. 

If I'm going to splurge with food as far as being on the do not eat list, I will get some homemade ice cream from my local place that makes an amazing product!

DH is on a very restriced diet.  As a result I mostly make food for myself.  It is much healthier to prepare your own food but once in a while I will get take out or a ready made salad that I will pick up at either Wegmans or my local market.  

I don't see it as being difficult to make a few items.  I try to keep a variety of fresh produce, eggs, bacon, cheese and other meats on hand.

The Filet-o-Fish was once a Lenten treat. But several years ago I ordered one and vowed never again. It was no longer a filet, but rather some type of fried fish-mash with half a slice of cheese.

@Luvsmyfam  Filet-o-Fish sandwiches are delicious, Luvsmyfam!  I'll go to McDonalds sometime soon to see if they're smaller.  I'll get a small fries, a Filet-o-Fish and a small orange Fanta soda 😊🥤🍔🍟.

The fish sandwich is the only sandwich my husband buys from McDonalds. And the McDonalds near our house has always had the filet that covers the entire bun. But in our travels we have had the fish sandwich from other McDonalds and the filet is definitely smaller than what we usually see.

So there must be two different sizes of the fish.
