I realize it's not an exact science however the weatherman said the high wind advisory would only go to 4 pm (EST). It's 4:30 (EST) and I still got some winds out here.

I had a made a quick trip to Meijer's for bread (I've been eating alot of toast) and they had a sale on wild bird seed. I wore a hat and was glad I did - that wind was whipping around.

There are times when you must speak, not because you are going to change the opposing side, but because if you do not speak, they have changed you.

Everone has gone home.It is quiet around here again.A good time was had by all.

Dh took down the outside decorations,The inside won"t leave until sometime in January.

hey all

took down my one Xmas decoration. Just one of those shower lights. I don't put up anything for Xmas inside so nothing to take down.

Yock, i do remember bendix washer/dryer combo. My maw had one. She never like the bendix. She was a kelvinator brand gal. She had washers/ fridges all kelvinator brand.

Yock, my front load washer does a good job and it is gentle on my good clothes. Had a speed queen that used my good clothes as punching bags, ruined several items in that washer.

have to dry 2 large loads of laundry to put into that huge dryer to get it to work properly drying clothes.o
