I took the day off from work so that I could enjoy a 4 day weekend. Stopped by the library to drop off a book that I had finished, then I went to Costco which thankfully, did not have a million people in the store. I left there and went to WalMart that was right across the street to pick up a few grocery items and that's it for me.

I have paid a few bills online. I need to leave shortly, and run by Kaiser to do some blood work.

My sonic toothbrush died on me last night, so I am going to run by Target and purchase another one and pick up a gift card for a mentor at work.  Why could it not have died the day before, since I was at WalMart yesterday and could have purchased a new machine (but NOOOO...)

That's it for me today. I will return home and watch t.v. and read my book.

Enjoy your Saturday.

Good morning!! Today after our Mass we'll just have a nice, leasurly Sunday, nothing going on tomorrow either for Labor Day. Daughter works the weekend and tomorrow, comes here for suppers, we love that.  Yesterday we made the decision that our dog, Bobby, don't need his cyst taken off on Tuesday so I cancelled it. It seems to have been pierced by the groomer, and it's nothing there anymore, just a scab.  If it ever comes back, we'll deal with it, but not now.  Saves a lot of money.  Enjoy your Sunday!

Today, I went to Red Lobster and purchase their Garlic Butter crab boil. I brought it home for lunch and ate a bit and will finish tomorrow for my lunch. The commercials finally got to me.

I also finally set up my new laptop that I had purchased a few months back. It's a Lenovo and so far I am really liking, the wider keys and bells and whistles are helpful. It was very easy to transfer data from my old laptop to this one.

Will be having a quiet Labor Day putting out my fall decor, I figure I may as well enjoy it.

Yesterday my neighbors invited me over for a cookout. We had hamburgers, brats, hot dogs, potato salad, coleslaw, baked beans, and lemon bars. Everything was very good and they sent me home with leftovers. I will definitely being enjoying it all.

Later today I will watch the Brewer game, place an Amazon order, and email some friends.

I hope you all have a wonderful day.
