Bernie--You absolutely amaze me with your advanced DIY skills. You need to do YouTube videos on your projects.

I know this is early, but I put part of my winter emergency kit in the car. I took the blanket from my bed which Midnight had barfed on, etc. I had cleaned it but I just wanted the blanket replaced. It is so warm, so I thought it would be great for the car where I hope it never gets any use. I need to get some emergency food and water stashed there also. Motivation for doing that now? It got it out of the house!!

Birdmama,your door looks great,good job! We have the same kind of windows in our French doors that go out to the deck. Love them,had them installed soon after we moved in.

hello all

finally am here. Just plum forgot to post yesterday.

Watching my grandson this afternoon. Mom/& his 2 sisters went to king of prussia mall.

dh had weekend off we have been doing much around the house.

have had house open all weekend. Even today, more humid but still livable.

birdmama you are a jack of all trades, stove and now front door. Wow you can do just about everything.

It was mostly sunny and pretty nice yesterday. I've been cutting the grass every 2 weeks for a while now because it's been hot and dry. This last week of a little rain and cooler temperatures have really invigorated my lawn.

I thought about cutting the grass yesterday but it was pretty windy and I stayed inside. I did open some windows a little bit and it was good to air the house out.

Since the garbage guys come tomorrow I will be heading out shortly and getting the grass cut.

There are times when you must speak, not because you are going to change the opposing side, but because if you do not speak, they have changed you.

I didn't sleep that well last night. Got up to go to the bathroom and then couldn't go back to sleep.

Our state is having free COVID-19 screenings, and our county is having the screening today. I arrived a little early and found cars already in line. The swabbing of the nose was a little irritating but didn't really hurt in comparison to many things we routinely do.
