@kutira   I'm so sorry for your loss and know it's difficult. Seeing the obit in the paper must be a jolt. Believe me you will definitely cry and mourn  when your mind is ready. For now heal your body if possible.

Grief takes its own time.  

Try to enjoy the weekend. Relax and have good memories of your Dad.

Thank you all so much!  I never sign in here anymore.  We are on snow alert so I was just looking around.  Thank you all for such sweet advice.  I have always had back issues; not exactly sure why it got worse now.  I am using a TENS device, just bought a huge heating pad and have a chiropractor and massage therapist I will see...Oh and I finally did cry...
