Good morning all.   Hoping it's a wonderful and happy day.  

@Shanus   ENJOY YOUR TRIP.   My husband is really wanting to get away somewhere,  and we're hoping to do a wine tasting trip with friends in the next few months.  I think I'm going to contact my travel agent and look into a BEACH vaca toward the end of the year.  That will be a welcome change and something to look forward to.   Have fun!

Thank you for the good health wishes last week. I am feeling better. This cough is hanging around.  I do know others who were sick, and the cough hung around for a while. So.......................I guess it's here to stay for a little while longer. 

@Shanus  thank you for this week's friendly thread. Safe travels and enjoy the get-a-way! 

I hope everyone has a relaxing, restorative weekend.  It goes by so fast. I'll be working on my cross stitch and watching sports. 

I hope next week is as stressless as possible for everyone.

My dad's obit was in the Jewish Press this week.  I still haven't cried.  Instead I seem to be harboring all the stress in my back & have excruciating sciatica pain.  Lovely.  I need to stop complaining.

@kutira, I am so sorry for your suffering. You need to take all the time you can, both emotionally and physically. I know that horrible pain of sciatica also. Can you get some help from your doctor?

If you have a Rabbi or spiritual person you can speak wit it may help you heal gently.
