There  we go again, I just received an email from QVC with a subject that reads:

TAKE OFF $5.00 off Sunny Day Finds

 

and when I click to open/read it, this is what it says

I am an old customer QVC, edit/rearange your customer books and do send to your loyal customer a real cupon that is!

Companies, like people, make mistakes. Especially if you have a high number of customers. Whatever happened to it being the thought that counts? Ask the MODS if it is alright for you to use it. No reason to get upset over.
