I have been with Amazon 19 years and Prime 8 years, no problems at all, very pleased .

I have been a prime member for more years than I wish to count. That being said I have had very little trouble with shipping and returns. I forgot about a gift that needed to be returned by January 31, "chatted" with them and they allowed me to return it this week.

No problems for us either, and that includes everything we've ordered for ourselves as well as everything we've had sent to other addresses.

I don't even have Prime, and I still get my orders super-fast. Everything is packed well and arrives in great condition. I have absolutely no complaints about Amazon delivery, and in fact I'm pretty impressed.

I've never had a problem with Amazon deliveries, not even before I joined prime. My packages come via UPS or USPS.

I have admit to being skeptical. I investigated fraud for 20 years and it just doesn't sound right to me. I could well be wrong though. It's just too many packages in such a short period of time. There are only a few options..... 1) the delivery driver is stealing them, 2) this story isn't true, 3) delivery address isn't correct in Amazon records, 4) or the receiver is the most unlucky person in the world.
