@Luvsmyfam. What about your grandson, can he shovel you out? Is he living with you this semester?

@Luvsmyfam Some attorneys will just send a letter for you at a moderate price. They see the letter head and comply. We did that with our HOA who was on our backs for no good reason.

So, is it the driveway where you park that is not cleared or is it a hill belonging to your city?
If you are stranded as you are inferring, contact the agency who oversees regulations pertaining to rental leases where you reside. Contact a political representative in your area. Contact one of your friends or family members who can shovel, provide assistance or plow you out. Or knows someone who can. Surely your grandson can come and shovel. You can Google above resources wherever it is you live.
Also, Google senior services in your area. To help you get out and/or provide other assistance.

@Luvsmyfam Report him to the local governing body as he is PREVENTING you from earning a living. That's not legal. Is there an HOA or anyone above this jerk?

There is nothing I can do,but complain but really does no good
How about asking a bunch of other tenents in your apartment complex to lobby the landlord to get your driveway plowed. Wouldn't they be in the same boat as you--needing to get out and can't? You shouldn't be the only one complaining about this.
And, call your bosses and give them the heads up about your situation. Ask them to call your Landland to tell him that they need you at work but you can't get there because the driveway needs to be plowed and your Landlord won't get it done.
Another idea - is there another place you can park your car in the parking lot that isn't at the bottom of a hill so you are able to get your car out and onto a main street without so much trouble? Is there another exit out of the parking lot of your apartment complex that doesn't have a steep hill?

What is the snow-covered hill? The driveway or a road?

Until about 10 years ago, I lived at the top of a steep hill.
Sometimes, during especially blizzardy winters, when going to or coming from work, I just parked at the bottom of the hill & walked.

Legally, renters are not allowed to do that.
