Saw on BBC News that Pope Francis is pleading with God to erradicate the virus. It was quite touching. He was praying to an empty St Peters Square amid the coronavirus.

I saw that clip of the Pope praying also.  It was touching, but so strange to see St. Peter's empty.

I saw that on Friday. Thought that was very moving and brought a tear to my eye.

I have been there and I found it quite touching to see.  I believe the news stated he was praying to the same crucifix that was prayed to also to irradicate the plague in the past.
