If someone is going above and beyond the usual—an extra-difficult or -strenuous task or needing to spend more time than usual, for example—we tip, whether it’s for yard work or cleaning. Otherwise, no. Depends on the circumstances.

@OhioAngel  There is no right or wrong.....personally I always tip well as I worked in the service industry and know how hard they work  and I know how much a tip is appreciated.

 Why not  tip her $15 and tell her to go have a nice lunch on  for doing such a nice job ....if you feel her work as good?   What comes around goes around....everyone benefits 🙂

No, I wouldn't tip. She set the price, and for a small 1-bedroom apartment I think the price is very fair unless she goes way above and beyond.

yes, i would add something extra.

i think rounding up to an even $100 would be nice if you are satisfied with her work.

as i always say......if you dont want to tip then dont. if you do want to tip then do. totally your call.
