I am beyond frustrated at buying Earth boots - I buy them every year but this years sizing and shape of the boots are just way off - i've returned about 5 pairs already due to sizing issues and it's costing me a fortune!  Also, when I've tried to cancel a pair within a few hours, they're put into a "processing" mode so you can't cancel them!  Then they don't ship until a week later!  That sucks.  When you go to a retail store a person usually tries on at least 10 pairs of shoes to find ones they like - you have to really know what size, shape, etc to be able to keep up with the cost of buying shoes at QVC.  Having to pay $5.50 to ship and another $6.95 to return = about $12 each time x 5 and that pays for a pair of shoes already!  QVC drop the policy to charge customers for the coming and going of shipping - I say $6.95 is enough to send back shoes and other items - it's unfair to charge both ways.  When I started buying from QVC in 1986 they NEVER charged both ways.
