Thanks to all the law enforcement agencies that assisted in the capture. Also, thanks to the locals who updated the police with occurences and helped to feed the good guys.

He didn't come in the way you're getting at.  He got to Puerto Rico via the Caribbean then got a fake ID.  From there he entered as a US citizen.
