Talk about divine providence @Epicurean I know stepping in a puddle right before bedtime was startling, it was a blessing it happened before the new floors.

birdmama, there is also talk about setting up a private group on facebook. never have used a private group on facebook that is one area i am not familiar with.

some chores are done, did walk, hung out morn clothes, we have sun today, dampish feel to air more humid,hope clothes dry.

@viva923 I avoid FB like a plague. For as many years as I've posted on the weekly AM Style chat thread (started in 2008) when a few folks there started a private group on FB I was like yea, count me out

birdmama, really am not crazy about facebook, yes i go on facebook daily for the area i live in to see what is going on, i have a few friends but that is all.

I am going to continue on here too till the end. I hate waiting till last minute to sign up for anything, something i have always been fearful of since i was a kid. So am signed up for anything 2 weeks before any sign up sheet is out LOL.

not much else knew, really got warm outside, had to put on my summer dress this afternoon,

these cusp days, begin with slacks in the morn, light weight clothes in pm back to slacks at night.

It has been clouds and rain all week. The sun comes out now and then. All done decorating for fall and Halloween.

There is also a private message option.

I think that could be used to exchange email addresses if members wished to so. That way if some don't choose to stay on any new forum, we don't have to lose touch with the friends we've made. I always envied the people here that did that way back when it was allowed.
