did tear apart the junk room & put all the junk in the computer room. nope could not look at that junk in the computer room, i just cleaned the junk room today. done for another week.

I ate the last of the holiday leftovers, thank God.  I eat very light - never had much of an appetite since I was a kid and all that food..... I refused to waste it and this evening, I finally had to take a tums.  Lord I think it was the kraut.  Anyway, that's behind me

I can’t believe we are through November almost.  Sounds like Thanksgiving was nice for all of us but maybe different.  

My Daughter came over on Monday with turkey and mashed potatoes.  I haven’t had real potatoes in a while and they hit the spot.   She left for Florida on Thursday and I ate turkey three times a day. I love it but by Thursday I surrendered.   For my thanksgiving dinner I nuked a big ol hamburger.  It was a quiet day for me and a long one but ok.  The grands all has their own.

it is snowing here. It was nice here yesterday and I was going to go to store but didn’t. I can wait it out another day.  Supposed to get high wind.  Someone knocked down our mailboxes. It has five boxes on it.  One of the neighbors got an estimate on replacing it at $300.   If Merle was here it would already be up and it would be much cheaper. But that neighbor keeps an eye out for me and I appreciate his help.  He helped mr carry geraniums to garage but they had gotten bit hard with the last frost so don’t know if they’ll make it.  They were so beautiful.   

Havent heard from Freddie except I read someplace she had three people for dinner.   I thought maybe if she went for a Covid test they would give her the antibodies they use for non hospital patients.  I’m sure she didn’t do that.  She is so tired because she’s not getting enough exogenous but lungs are a problem and hers are compromised.   I hope someone is keeping watch.

hey all

not much here

had some wild weather today. Tornado touchdowns,severe thunderstorms,flooding heavy rains, high winds. A cold front pushing in causing all this bad weather.

dh had to drive 15 miles one way to staples to pick up a new monitor for  our cameras system outside our house. The old one quit today. Then my new t.v. I ordered from Best Buy arrived via UPS. Dh set that up for me too.

no walk this afternoon, but did get morn walk today.

@Bird mama   LOL, after eating gravy on stuffing a few days, not including Thanksgiving, I had to take a Prilosec, heartburn to the max, lol.  No more stuffing or mashed potatoes, had them, stuffing, gravy and cranberries the day after Thanksgiving for breakfast, didn't bother me, but after eating it again the next day, Prilosec to the rescue.
