I am so happy that you are finally on the receiving end of some rain.

I'd love to join you, if I can just remember that you're here. It would be nice if we could create a Favorites List so the threads we visit most often would be visable first. Just a thought.
@house_cat You can float this thread to the top of the page so that you will always see it. Got to "topic options" at the top, and scroll to "float this page to the top."

Here are Freddie's Post for November.
Seems to me I heard that peanut butter story before Betty. And yes, Betty is also very unique in her own way. LOL
Can you believe I had to run the AC for about 2 hours today. With the pilot light from the heater - it was miserable.I think this pilot light is much bigger than the other ones. This heater is a wall heater and only about 2 years old. Completely different set up with the pilot and it sure puts out heat. now on a real frigid day it will not do any good. Suppose to be cooler tomorrow - anyone want to bet???
My back is screaming at me - sometimes it really gets to me - not often but when it does I just want to scream it hurts so bad. Thank goodness it is very rare but if I stand a lot that seems to do the trick and today was a standing day plus last night took the kids to a church for Halloween and a lot of walking and holding on - suspect last night is the real culprit. Times like this I wish I had a spa!!
Had a good dinner tonight, roast, onion and baby carrots in the slow cooker and sides were corn and spinach - yummy.Got a tad left of the roast and I know it is getting late for some of you but it will keep.
Sleep well everyone.
Still trying to find out how Sue and Jim are doing. Will not give up.
We have rain falling tonight and it is bitter cold. Brrrr.
Took Davey to Urgent Care - Stomach flu - anything to get out of school for a day. What can I say other than back to school tomorrow.
Hope all had a great day.

Good morning everyone :-)
Just a Tuesday here... work, oldsters and then home to cook dinner. Last night I didn't get done in the kitchen until 8:30. I didn't even stop in the livingroom - I went straight to bed. I've started a good book about personality types. If I learn anything earth shattering I'll post it.
I'm glad your mammo is done, Bird. I can never relax about it until I get the letter that says it's normal. I relax for a month or so then start worrying again. That's just me. I'm a worrier.
Wishing you all a nice day, especially those of you lucky enough to have rain.

I knew November had started but still went right back to October. With this sort to the top ability now my October threads still went to the top - fixed it.
Lots of rain last night and the hills around me have snow but cannnot see how far down it is - black clouds all the way over them.
Gotta run

Some how I must have hit spoiler. Everything was coming up grey. Now it is Italic. Oh well. I won't be able to make paragraphs so will make it brief. One of the perks of having had breast cancer in our area is that you get results before you leave. The other perk is surviving. Lol. I get a hair cut today. I certainly need it. I had to laugh last night. A car swished around us and pulled in front. That always infuriates Merle. He says look at that gray haired old woman cutting in like that. I said watch it buddy. You have one sitting beside you. He just grinned.

Hello all, one nice thing about signing up for 'mychart' with the health system that I tend to favor is that I see the test results, warts and all online.
I received my email at 5:45 am this morning that my mammogram results were posted so I logged in and braced myself. Short of having some remarkably dense tissue - no further evaluation required this year.
Last year I had the mammogram, received results that I needed an ultrasound and scheduled the ultrasound before my doctor's office even called me.
Freddie, good to hear you are getting rain.
HouseCat, are you getting any rain?
Betty, I need to get my haircut in the worst way. I look like a shaggy dog. You know, when I posted in October that I laughed at the story about that medication, I wasn't laughing that it had that horrible effect on you. I just love the way you calmy wrote "That was the end of that".
