@Shanus - Oh yes, I hated that thing. My surgery was at 7 am, and I was able to see the doctor the same day, so I didn't have to wear it after that until bed. How are you doing? Looked in the mirror yet? 😂

There's always a lot to be thankful for if you take time to look for it.
For example, I am sitting here thinking how nice it is that wrinkles don't hurt.

@spabar    Lol. Yes, but don't see anything different...thanks to my magnifying mirror I use for tweezing. The black in the middle is still enlarged, and doc said I should see the green area by noon. Still wearing my glasses and will even after other eye is done next Thursday.

I was so allergic to the tape, I never wore the shield to bed after the first night, just slept on other side.

@spabar   Yes, plastic patch w/ holes in it. The blue tape they sent home w/ me almost pulled my face off in the morning. DH went to CVS and purchased sensitive skin paper tape. All's good.

@Shanus I'm happy to hear that. 😂 I wore my glasses, too, until after my second eye was done. Dr. told me from the beginning not to think results would be immediate; that there would be about 10% improvement each day. He was right.

@Shanus They gave me the paper tape. That patch was the worst thing about the surgery. My right eye was done first, and I sleep on my right side. 🤦🏼‍♀️ I got very little sleep those first few days.
