@Nana2158   I'm a prune lover, too. Thet have a lot of natural sugar and I need to watch how many I grab for a snack. Have you seen dried apricots that are all natural?

Natural over used selling tactic. Organic vegetables and fruits is my preferred choice. No issues eat four small  pieces. This is my favorite brand visit their website.

I eat five prunes everyday. Prunes are at the top of the list for best fruit to eat for osteoporosis. They contain high amounts of vitamin K.

My entire family has been constipated for centuries...    I prefer FIGS...
