Amazon is well aware of weather conditions and the issues with the delivery workforce. They should stop making the overly optimistic delivery times.

That's a good point.  And just saying....the delivery I was expecting yesterday, that I understood would be delayed, was rescheduled to today.

All the roads were cleared last night, we had lovely weather today.   They did not deliver it😟

And to the poster that said some of us sit on our couches and do not go out....that isn't me.  This delivery was my calcium supplement that I have on auto delivery with Amazon.  I am out, and would have happily gone to CVS to get it today, if I knew there would be another delay.

@Shanus --where I live--near Seattle--there are 12 major distributions hubs and 40 Amz buildings thru out the state--most of which are in the same county I live in so I get stuff super quick and almost always am offered to upgrade to an early time delivery--I usually choose the 4 am- 8 am time. I do and have ordered things that come from other hubs in the US. Weather here is pretty benign ---delivery is more affected by other places in the US with the bad weather. Have had a few weird late deliveries but not many.

@wagirl   Yes, I think I remember you live near my daughter in Samamish.

It amazes me that with all the stress those drivers have trying to get all their deliveries delivered, that they can be so nice and cheerful. (sometimes I see the truck/car and go out to take the package).

While I can understand the frustration and realize they probably mean well, once winters like this hit it might be wise to end this offer. I look for more weather like this since every season  these days seems so unpredictable.
