Landing.......  I'm out of here for a while, wanted to get these posted..

I am thinking I got that feeder at Wild Birds Unlimited, it's very sturdy and I've had it a long time.  They prefer that one to any of the others I've got.  I'd sit on the table of chair arm and just wait for the little boogers.  Zoom in a wee bit and there ya go.  They pretty much got used to me doing that as I was and still get buzzed, so does my husband..  Like later on when they're migrating back, they'll be so many I'll hang another feeder, you'll be able to see them sitting on the fence, in the trees and anywhere they want.. that generally doesn't last long, they're stopping by to get some nourishment..

I thought that might be a better feeder than you would typically find somewhere.

Are y'all having a heat wave in Florida like we are here, it was near 100* today. Even though I knew it was extremely hot, I didn't realize it was that hot until I saw the nightly news. I'm certaintly not looking forward to the next couple of months...just more of the same weather, I'm sure. I've even noticed that the birds aren't feeding during the day now either, it's either very early in the morning or late in the evening before sunset. 

I'm sure you're enjoying life with the family, and your grandkids ~ have a peaceful and 'cool' evening.

This is what I got from Wild Birds Unlimited but mine has a low perch, seems the newer ones have the higher one.  The hanging hook is from another feeder so it will hang more evenly..  I think they're around #$32.99 now but the one I have I got several years ago and was in the low 20's..
