lawn man due today so got to get clothes down asap when she shows. keeping close eye out for his arrival.

Another chilly (30's) morning around here.  It looked like it was going to rain so I went outside and trimmed/pruned the yew shrub on the south side of my house.  I let it get 'leggy' over the years when I worked so I've been trying to hard prune it in places since I retired.  I'm 5'10 and this thing is tall so I stood on a 3 stair stepstool when I wielded the hedge trimmer, lol.

I sound like a broken record, it was cold again this morning and will be cold again tomorrow morning   It was garbage pick up day and that always make me feel like I lost 10 pounds.

Well I'm not Mrs. Excitement over here either @viva923    It's warming up little by little and I think it should be warm enough for me to get yardwork done tomorrow and Saturday.  I did grocery shopping today and was in and out like a shot.  I went so fast, I got home and forgot that I didn't get the refrigerated coffee cream my sister asked for - and I went with a list and that was on the list.  Jesus   Lucky for me I don't live far from the store.  I dashed back there with the same hat on but different jacket - made the cashier at the U-scan do a double take.

I've often forgotten things in the store (yes, with a list too!🤬) and gotten out to the parking lot when I remembered.  Most times I'm embarrassed to go back in because the clerk will recognize me!😂

Actually, it's usually more that I'm too lazy to walk all that way back in!🥱

hey all

this apple computer is giving me problems again, my apple keyboard will not work with the keyboard,had to get out my spare board,microsoft got that hooked up, so am limping along right now, can';t do anything till monday when dh is off again. this apple computer has been nothing but problems since install, could be 1st run series of the new solid state stuff who knows.

ok guys later,got hair cut,walk has to be done shortly.

Geez @viva923  that's lousy.  For the price that Apple charges for their computers you would think they'd get it right.  

I ran some errands yesterday and mowed the front yard and trimmed a couple of shrubs out front.  I'll do the backyard today.
