@monicakm   Absolutely astounding that you can post so long on the computer with a migraine so bad oxycodone is warranted.

When I had migraines, there is no way I could look at the screen and post.

I went as far as I could with the process.  Uploaded the front and back of my driver's license.  She will call either later today or tomorrow.  Dad is still watching over me Smiley Happy

I just want one more afternoon of all of us in the kitchen talking and laughing.  Mostly laughing at my brother who could sound like a British talking with a Mexican accent.

Are there premiums to pay with USAA?  I assumed there was but during my conversation with her, I think she said there would be none.  Surely I misunderstood her.

@monicakm do you really think USAA is going to give you free car insurance?

@monicakm How awful.  It sounds like it's a never ending mess right now.  Hope things are better soon.

@mrshckynut.  Darling pup but I'm guessing its not a boxer.  I thought they were your speciality.

@Kachina624    I was the VP of our 5 state Boxer Rescue for 15 years. Once I started my own In-home Pet Sitting Business, I gave up that position.

This dog Lily I adopted from a Puppy Mill in Kansas for my late mother back in 2015. My mother didn't think she was cute enough and didn't want her, so we added her to our present 7 indoor Only cats. In this picture she had been groomed, from puppy mills they look pretty rough.

Lily had Cushings Disease and with that came muscle weakness and convulsions. We decided to euthanize her a year ago last October, she was 11 years old because of her  was many convulsions, each weakening her more. We miss her very much still to this day.

@mrshckynut, you may want to edit out your name in the photo.

@Etoile308 I thought that at first too, but I'm thnking maybe that is the person who fostered the dog before mshckynut adopted him.

@monicakm     What a PIA for you....My dad served so I was able to get a quote from USAA for insurance...they were much higher than what we were currently paying so they did not get our business.

As far as the person that hit you...I was hit years ago, I had insurance as it is the law!!! The driver of the car that hit me (totally her fault) said she had insurance at the time of the wreck but she did not.

I complained loudly and my insurance agent told me after the fact that in our state...possibly others that you can file some sort of paperwork and the next time that person goes to have their license renewed they must pay either a fine OR the deductilble that I had to pay out of pocket for the accident before they could get their license.

This was probably 20 years ago so maybe that is not possible now but he told me about it when we had a meeting about our policies...to late for me to file a claim of course.

@mrshckynut.  I didn't know you'd given up Boxer rescue.

Lily must have had problem and was used as a breeder.  That's what buyers of puppy mill pups get unfortunately....medical problems and grief.
