Everyone should have a "Living Will".

When my sister was taken by ambulance to the ER

in May 2020 with Covid, the first thing I told the ER Dr.

was she has a Living Will with DR (do not) resuscitate!

10 days later she died of Covid!

I agree. My brother had one. I have one. My 91 yr old dad has one. Most people I know have them.

What a lovely and loving relationship you've had with your brother. May your memories and love carry you through this difficult time. He is fortunate that you love him so.
