@viva923

I'll need to check with my doctor to see if I can use the Voltaren cream. I don't want it to interact with any of the medications I am on. Thanks for thinking of me.Woman Happy

Leeny try that VOLTAREN cream sauve it is now being sold off shelf (use to be perscription only) that stuff is really good. I am on aspirin therapy so I can only use it 2xs a day. but it is working for my foot,really has relieved the pain, almost back to 100% can't believe how good this foot feels. my PCP said it was OK for me to use it as long as i don't go over the 2x's a day rub in to foot thing.

anyway, did grocery shop today, i have major blood draw tomorrow and dh is home (dental appoint for his bridge install work on front 2 teeth at 1030am

ok guys see all later.

I'll check on the bio freeze also. A friend of mine also uses this.

It seems to be something all the time, doesn't it? Between teeth, backs, bones, arthritis and anything else we can think of. I know my DH needs a new plate.. he keeps putting it off. His bridge should be replaced too. he's a procrastinator. What can I say?

I need to schedule a hearing test, now that I think of it.

Dr, just sent me news she ordered more pool sessions for me. Thank goodness!!!

Today is our wedding anniversary and the plan is to go out to our favorite restaurant. I hope I can get parked near the ramp as we don't do steps. Otherwise, we will have to go somewhere else to our disappointment Woman Sad

Good Morning, I'm typing this in my office and listening to birds singing and tree leaves rustling in the breeze.  It was pretty miserable on Wednesday - really hot and especially humid with 'real feel' over 100 degrees.  It was still kinda of hot yesterday and I was hoping for some kind of rain from the 'cold front' that was moving across the state.  I got maybe 10 minutes of gentle rain and that was it.  I guess some rain is better than no rain.  I kept refreshing the water bowl and bird bath (both on the patio) over the past couple of days.  Can't have my wildlife friends dehydrating Woman Happy

I'll be seeing the endrocrinologist for my annual appointment in an hour or so.  The office is less than 5 miles from the house however most of the roads leading there are under construction and down to one lane.  I'm sitting here planning the least painful route.

hey all

Hey birdmama, that is the same with us here

roads are under construction (the main one has already knocked out power to us lost count), have to plan your route down to seconds. the road that can be used is in such bad disrepair (the private owners of the road will not fix it), you can only drive over that road at 1mph. it has got pot holes down to earth, you have to be so careful.

not much else here.

very heat hot and humid today

did get normal chores done and walk in

had my yearly blood work done, lousy numbers, was so upset, get my blood pressure down,my numbers are again high.everything was up across board. can't win just can't win.

ok guys later.

@Leeny

Leeny,   Belated Happy Anniversary wishes for you and DH.   Been off the computer for about 5 days.  Been so hot and humid here, no AC, never had it here, but do have huge trees and lots of shade, but they don't help with the smothering humidity.   Fans are going full time and make it tolerable inside, but outside chores,  not fun!!..
