Epi, I thought I was going to have to send the law looking for you :-)
Bermuda sounds lovely. I'm glad you enjoyed the trip.
Visit when you can, we were just getting worried when we didn't hear from you.

What a nice surprise to see our wayward Epi back at the fence. You have been missed! Loved hearing about your Bermuda trip; glad you enjoyed your splurge, but sorry you're still not feeling well.
I've also been battling my health problems and am on my 2nd round of Prednisone. It's helped enough that I was able to ride in to Amarillo with Jim this morning for his PT result, o2 pickup and health supplement stop and of course the most important stop of all was lunch
We took the Buick as Jim wanted to check it out as it had recently been worked on and it doesn't have the scooter lift so we had to eat from a take out place and Jim had suggested the Chicken Express ane his PT nurse told us where she often goes and highly recommended it so we went there and her recommendation was right on. We drove our very hot food over to the Medi Park lake watched tougher people than we walking in the 90+ degree weather while we sat in our AC car and munched on chicken tenders dipped in gravy and ate fried okra and corn fritters and drank sweet tea. Mmmm mmmm! Healthy? Not so much, but it sure was good![]()
As soon as we got on the highway Jim looked down to set the cruise control and did a double take and saw that the speedometer said we were going 80mph and it was obvious we were doing 'no such thing!' so we decided the garage had messed up something on the computer and changed it to kilometer's rather than miles when they had it in their garage last week. Well, as it turned out Jim had inadvertantly changed it somehow when he had reset the numbers after filling up with gas this morning (has no idea how or what he did, but he did it nevertheless) so driving home was much less exciting than our drive over as everyone was passing us and probably giving us exasperated looks as though we were out for a stroll rather than a drive ![]()
Freddie, our Sunday worship services only consist of Bible study, congregational songs of worship, prayer, communion, giving only by the members of the congregation and a Bible sermon. Our goal is to simply follow the pattern of the church Jesus established in the New Testament. So I can see why you would be disappointed in the services.
We had overnight guest's last Friday whom we enjoyed very much though I was not the hostest with the mostest, but they all helped and did fine. I just can't entertain like I would like and as I once did, but time marches on and all that stuff![]()
Bernie, I still can't figure out how to read previous posts and I can't remember who all posted or what was said except that Betty had a storm and baby sat while grandson and his daughter rode the ????? And I'm pretty sure mouseiegirl posted, but for the life of me I cannot remember what she said, so 'hi' mousegirl and Bernie, you posted a very vivid description of a garage spring breaking which could have been deadly had it hit the right part of one's anatomy and I'm glad it didn't hit yours!
Happy Tuesday all! Sue

Sue, are you working on a computer or one of the "I things (Ipad).
If you are working on a computer then hit reply to this post.
Once you hit reply, you are going to have an empty box to type in.
Below this empty box, below the black word CANCEL and red POST box, to the left, you are going to see the words
View discussion in a popup.
If you click ^^^^ this, the computer will open another window. You have to toggle between windows. You know, read stuff in one window and toggle back over to the empty box to write.
If this don't work, then I don't know what to tell you (wink).

OK, gotcha Bernie........I had been signing in and then clicking reply and when I posted I would get a message telling me to click and find my post. Guess after I sign in I'll find the last post and click reply and that should enable me to read all. Thanks again.
NOW, if you wouldn't mind once more telling me how to post pictures I promise I won't bug you anymore........till next time ![]()

You are not a bother. When someone doesn't understand what I am trying to tell them, I always assume it's a communication problem on my end.
What kinda pics are you trying to post? Off the internet or one of your own that you are trying to upload.

I'd like to know how to post both. Thanks and please don't assume it's your inadequacies in explaining; my desire to learn and ability to do so often takes more time than that of the average bear if ya know what I mean![]()

Posting Pictures from the Internet.
I'm using a computer that is running windows 7 and I use Internet Explorer as my browser. Just so you know where I'm coming from :-)
For me, this requires that I have two windows/tabs open; one for the forums here and the other to browse the internet for pictures.
So I have typed a few words in this text box and decide I want to post a picture of a flower. I'm toggling over to my other open window and looking around via google for some pictures of flowers.
I see a flower that I like so I click on that smaller picture to open up the flower pic and get a better look at it.
I right click with my mouse on the photo and a bunch of options are shown. I regular click on the word COPY.
I toggle back to the window that I have for the forums and see this text box that I have been typing in a few minutes ago. .
In order for me to drop the pic of the flower into this text box, I move my cursor where I want it (using the mouse or the space bar) and then I hit the CTRL key and the letter V. The picture should drop in - hit POST
When you post pictures from the internet in this forum, you will get this message, in red font. Just ignore it and hit POST again.
Your post has been changed because invalid HTML was found in the message body. The invalid HTML has been removed. Please review the message and submit the message when you are satisfied.

Sue, do you have experience getting your photos off of the camera onto your computer?
Knowing this will help me describe uploading the process for uploading pics. I'll do that part later after I get home from work today.
